Starrla R. Norman and her husband, James, live in Dexter, Mo. Starrla has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and is uniquely qualified to assist you and your family in planning for your financial future.
Starrla attended Three Rivers Community College and Southeast Missouri State University. She then earned Series 6 and 63 Securities Licenses in life and health insurance. She also has completed the Certified Long-Term Care designation from the College of Financial Planning. Starrla is a longtime member of River Heritage Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. She is currently in the process of completing her Series 65.
